Information you give us. If you contact us by email or through the chat function, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you hold a customer account, we hold the registration details you provided.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and date/time stamps. We use this information only in aggregate, to understand how the Site is used and to keep it secure.
Third-party services. The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts and, on some pages, a live-chat widget from Click4Assistance. When your browser requests these resources, your IP address is disclosed to those providers as a technical necessity. Their processing is described in their own privacy policies. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this Site.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and this Site is not directed at them. We do not collect special category data through this Site.
